FLORIDA CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT, ARTICLE I SECTION 16(b)

Victims have certain rights under the law. In 2018, the voters of Florida passed “Marsy’s Law” which amended Article 1 Section 16(b) of the Florida Constitution to expand the rights of Crime Victims in Florida. Below is a link to the full text of the amendment.
